Nemo dat quod non habet - Nemo dat quod non habet, literally meaning "no one [can] give what they don't have" is a legal rule, sometimes called the nemo dat rule that states that the purchase of a possession from someone who has no ownership right to it also denies the purchaser any ownership title. This rule usually stays valid even if the purchaser does not know that the seller has no right to claim ownership of the object of the transaction (bona fide).

Smack (ship) - The Smack was a English sailing vessel that was used to bring the fish to Market for most of the 19th Century and even in small numbers up to the Second World War. The Smack was ketch rigged, but the boats varied from Port to Port.

Well smack - A Well smack is a type of fishing boat with a well amidship that was filled with water that ciculated external water allowing live fish to be kept until they were delivered to be sold. It is a specially modified form of a type boat called a smack.

Gimme Dat Ding - 'Gimme Dat Ding' was originally a compilation album released on budget label 'MFP' (Music For Pleasure) in 1971. Side One was given over to (then) fledging pop band Sweet and features the A & B sides of what were three commercially unsucessful singles (on Parlophone) before the Band finally found fame with 'Funny Funny' released by RCA.
